Feature to allow properties to create a list of ‘blacklisted’ customers based on email address.
To add a customer, go to Settings > System > Banned Customers.
On Bookings page, any booking with a banned email address will be highlighted in red.
On the Booking itself, the header title will be red with word BANNED.
To test, simply add an email address to the Banned List and check the bookings.
Note: this feature is not available on Abode Basic.
