It is now possible to send an email to multiple bookings selected via the Guest Information report.
This feature is very helpful for a wide range of scenarios where properties need to send announcements to multiple bookings at once; e.g. to keep guests informed about important changes, such as updated requirements affecting guests and properties due to COVID-19.
Under Reports > Guest Information, select dates and filters as necessary, then click the “Send Email” button. On the next screen, write the email you would like to send and click “Send Email” to send the email to the previous selected bookings.
Sent emails will be listed on the “Messages” page in Abode to find detailed information on delivery rate, bounce rate etc.
